Theory, force and point measurement

The course objectives are to make students familiar with modern measurement techniques in fluid mechanics. Emphasis will be set on the advantages and drawbacks of each technique and on the accuracy of measurements. The first section of Experimental technics is Theory, force and point measurement. In this section what is necessary to make good measurement and the different methods such as pressure measurement or hot wire anemometry will be presented in detail.
